Do Countries Focus on the Same Issue Topics Over the Same Time Frame?

This project will do a cross comparison of the oral questions of Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, and the bills of the United States over the issue topics of Health Care, Environment, and Civil Rights To see the similarity of Western democratic countries and the United States over time, this study looks at the issues of Health Care, Environment, and Civil Rights through country involvement to see issue development over the past 30 years.
