Jill Holstead received her BS in Speech Communications from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a key player on any team with over 15 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, and event planning.
Jill has worked around the nation for L’Oréal USA, Harris Grey Company and Harris Marketing Group, where she was responsible for direct marketing, corporate gift programs, database marketing, interactive marketing, brand advertising, and loyalty marketing for a variety of clients. She has also managed event planning for General Motors Concept:Cure initiative for breast cancer, New York Fashion Week, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, national artistic show presentations, national education training and supervision of the L’Oreal Institute in New York as well as participated in the launch of Kerastase haircare line with L’Oréal USA.
Jill currently lives in Houston with her husband, Scott, and two children as well as serves as a Board Member for the Clayton Dabney Foundation for Kids with Cancer. She has been involved with various fundraising initiatives throughout the Houston area with Texas Children’s Hospital, Junior League of Houston and Museum of Natural Science. Jill joined the School of Undergraduate Studies Advisory Council in the fall of 2016.
