Jasmine Uy

Digital Arts & Media student Jasmine Uy worked with a team on a 2D video game for her creative project. The game involved a puzzle platform with a plot centered on healing from emotional trauma. Jasmine’s goal was to focus on learning how to create assets for the game’s design and programming.

How many people show up to midterm review sessions (it’s a lot!).

Lloyd Farley

Lloyd Farley spent his summer in Marrakech, Morocco as an intern for the High Atlas Foundation, focusing on sustainable, local agriculture and community-led development.

How did you find your internship?
I did research into the different non-governmental organizations in Morocco that have recently received funding from USAID.

Describe the work you did in your internship.
I managed social media, wrote blog posts and assisted at work sites.

What has been the most rewarding part about working at the Sanger Center?
The most rewarding part about working at the Sanger Center is getting the opportunity to give back on campus while making connections with other UT students that I would not have had the opportunity to work with without Sanger.
