Drop-in tutoring is free for all students during the fall and spring semesters. Our tutors are available to answer your questions about calculus, physics, or chemistry. It’s a great way to study alone or in groups and is especially good for completing homework assignments.
Drop-in tutoring is now offered both in-person and on Zoom. You can stop by JES A315 or log in during our operating hours (see schedule for details).
In-person DIT: Drop in to our David Drum Tutoring Center (third floor of Jester Academic Center) on Monday-Thursday afternoons. Check in at the desk and receive a number to help you join the tutoring queue whenever you have a question, and work on homework alone or with others in your course in a productive study space. Two tutors are on duty in each subject area, with whiteboards and textbooks available.
Virtual DIT: Drop in from anywhere at your convenience in the evenings (check in virtually here). Two tutors are in the Zoom room for each subject area to answer your questions and work with you in breakout rooms, with virtual whiteboards and various online resources.
