Tell us about your Signature Course.

The course, “Disability and the Media,” focuses on how a range of media portrays disability. After we obtain an accurate perspective of disability, we explore specific genres of media – noting portrayals that are not accurate or might be misleading and celebrating portrayals that get it right. Examples on which to focus abound in all media.
