Wayfinder is a tool for major and career exploration that helps prospective & current Longhorns research degree options. The site has been redesigned to better align with the University of Texas website and to include new content. Students can now access information on UT minors, research campus resources for experiential learning opportunities, and watch short videos that highlight current UT student and alumni experiences. The new Wayfinder will also feature information specifically for Longhorn parents.
Accessed by more than 100,000 people over the past year, Wayfinder houses in-depth information on UT degrees. In addition, the site features career profiles of successful professionals and offers self-assessments to help students identify their values, interests, and skills. The website launched in 2009 thanks to an initial grant from the AT&T Foundation.
