Snack Attack

The Undergraduate Studies Council (UGSC) will host a Snack Attack study break for all School of Undergraduate Studies students. On Monday and Tuesday afternoons, the UGSC invites students enrolled in UGS to clear their heads, mingle with fellow students, and fill up on complimentary brain food.

The UGSC is wrapping up an active semester of volunteering. The group helped welcome new Undergraduate Studies students (at Gone to Texas) and their families (at Family Weekend) to the UT community. The Council also provided two services to help members of the Austin community celebrate Halloween. Council members prepared and delivered goodie bags to children on behalf of UGSC, and also sponsored a fishing game booth for the Best Buddies Halloween Carnival.

The UGSC is the official representative student organization for UGS. It provides a platform for UGS students to explore leadership while planning and executing beneficial events and activities for fellow students. The UGSC is also a member of the Senate of College Councils, and is intimately involved in academic affairs on campus.
