Resources you used in deciding my major: I met with advisors at the Vick Center for academic and career counseling, and reached out to them for help throughout the internal transfer process. I also joined UT Nursing Students’ Association, which allowed me to get involved in UT nursing and helped me network with other knowledgeable nursing students and mentors.
Why did you choose your major? I chose nursing due to my passion for healthcare and helping others heal. Nursing offers incredible flexibility in career paths and upwards mobility which is very attractive, and there are so many possibilities that come with getting a nursing degree from UT.
