Timothy is a human dimensions of organization major in the College of Liberal Arts where he is studying how best to structure an organization to achieve efficiency and a balanced work culture. Driven by his upbringing in problem-filled and underserved communities, he aims to create bridges and connections between entrepreneurs and the resources needed for success. He currently uses his experience in areas such as operations and design to help individuals build and perfect processes that drive growth and development.
What does Entrepreneurship mean to you? The world is filled with diverse people who share creative and ingenious ideas. I see entrepreneurship as a means of empowering these people to convert their ideas into innovative solutions that positively impact the way we live, function and operate.
