Ask me about: Patents and licensing, company formation, fundraising strategy, are we working on the right problem/need? Anything healthcare-related to technology, workflow, or regulatory questions (device, service, software, or pharma/biotech-related). Anything startup related (even outside of healthcare)-sales marketing and commercial strategy, founder issues and stock, tax treatment and incentives. Investor strategies—VC and angels. Corporate partnerships and sponsored research—relationships with all key people in nearly every fortune 500 medtech company. Pretty much anything throughout the startup journey from initial formation to series B fundraising <$20M

Rush is generally available in the afternoons 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. but travels often and his schedule is highly variable. Please contact Shannon Lundquist to set up an appointment.
