Bio: Salman is a junior at The University of Texas at Austin studying mechanical engineering in the Cockrell School of Engineering. He was born into a family of entrepreneurs and has seen what it takes to be successful entrepreneur. Besides having technical skills from the engineering school, he also has experience in wholesale, real estate, and retail through the family business. Besides being a part of the Blackstone Fellows Program, he is also the TA for Longhorn Startup and is a VP for the Longhorn Entrepreneurship Agency. He believes that entrepreneurship is a way to showcase true leadership and help people solve problems that exist within society.
