Students who do not pass the math portion of the TSI Assessment are required to take DEV 303M “Basic Math/Algebra Skills Review”. Students must earn a passing grade to complete the TSI math requirement.

DEV 303M: Basic Math and Algebra Skills Review
This course provides a review of topics needed to succeed in a variety of college-level mathematics courses. Course topics include operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, ratio and proportions and percent as well as topics in algebra such as variables, linear graphs, solving word problems, exponents, and polynomials. The course is designed to offer differentiated learning for different individuals based on future trajectories in mathematics.

Restricted Courses

Due to the sequential nature of mathematics, students may not enroll in any college-level math course until they have completed their TSI math requirement.
