UGS Council Hosts Town Meeting

On the evening of November 23, the School of Undergraduate Studies Council (UGSC) will host the school’s first Town Hall Meeting. Dean Paul Woodruff will provide remarks and respond to student questions.

All students enrolled in Undergraduate Studies are invited to attend. Students are curious to hear about future plans in the School of Undergraduate Studies, and also want to know what Dean Woodruff thinks about the new plus/minus grading system. For the Dean, it is a welcome opportunity to hear directly from the students he serves.

UGSC is the official representative student organization of the school. “We think it is essential to create opportunities for students to interact directly with our school’s administration,” said UGSC President, Dorrel Willis. Citing the value of an open forum for ideas, Kristopher Wilkins, Senate Representative, added, “We believe the entire Undergraduate Studies community is enriched by the Town Hall.”
