The following learning objectives were developed by the Faculty Committee that oversees the Writing Flag.
After completing the required Writing Flag courses, students will
- use writing and reading for inquiry, learning, thinking and communicating.
- write effectively using the conventions of the fields and/or professions in which they studied.
- respond effectively to the writing of others in the fields and/or professions in which they studied.
