For 2023-24, our deadlines for submitting Flag proposals are as follows:
- Dec. 7, 2023: Deadline for courses to be flagged beginning summer 2024 or fall 2024
- May 1, 2024: Deadline for courses to be flagged beginning spring 2025
Prior to the 2022-23 academic year, there were four Flag proposal deadlines each year, with early and final deadlines for the fall and spring semesters. Due to the changes to the academic calendar beginning in 2022-23, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer a second deadline for fall and spring Flag proposals. Please see the message sent by email to academic deans and department chairs in June 2022 for more information about this change and the reasons for it.
