Discuss your general career path since graduating from UT.

I taught English in Thailand and Spain for two years, volunteered with elders and non-profit organizations the following year, completed my MBA as a full-time student in two years, and recently celebrated my first year working at one of the world’s most admired companies in IT.

How did your BDP experience influence your career path and interests?

My BDP experience influenced my interest to pursue my MBA, travel the world, and help communities obtain a better quality of life through education.

What do you value most about your BDP experience?

I most value the opportunity to have engaged in cultural and educational experiences that were available for BDP students, such as the LBJ Leadership Institute Retreat.

In what ways did an interdisciplinary education prepare you for what you are currently doing?

My interdisciplinary education prepared me for interacting in the world with international culture and encouraged me to continue to be a global citizen.
